Wet adhesive tape - the secure closure system
A large focus was laid on wet adhesive tape. Compared to conventional self-adhesive tapes, it has several advantages. First of all, wet adhesive tape is absolutely environmentally friendly, since it consists exclusively of natural and biodegradable substances. The adhesive is starch based and after moistening with water, it forms a tear-resistant and non-detachable connection with the cardboard. In addition, wet adhesive tape can not be opened without leaving visible marks. Because it can only be closed once. Even if it is pasted over, this is still visible. As a result, wet adhesive tape fulfils the function of a seal. Every unauthorised opening will be noticed immediately and the goods are thus reliably protected against unauthorised access. Deliveries can not be tampered with and individual parts can not be stolen unnoticed.
This high protection factor can be enhanced by applying company logos or other distinctive markings to the wet adhesive tape.
